This month’s issue is all about living a healthy and happy lifestyle! I know the upcoming finals have everyone stressed, but changing a couple of unhealthy habits can help reduce stress. Anything from eating healthier–that means no more daily takeout–to actually working out at least once a week really boosts energy levels, and hopefully this playlist helps with that as well!
